Scottish Fiddling

The Scotland County Highland Games will be holding a workshop and competition in Scotish Fiddling at the 2011 games. The Clinician and judge will be Patricia Talbert. Both events will take place in the tent behind the MacNeil cabin, across from the gin building. The workshop shop will begin at 10:00 and is free to all participants at the games. Bring you fiddles, or other instruments, and join us, or just set back and listen.

The competition will begin at 1:30 and will be conducted under the rules of and is sanctioned by Scottish Fiddling in Revival. Download the application form. Registration for the contest costs $15 and includes admission to the games. Pre-registration is recommended, but registrations will be accepted on the field.
